Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what Ezra Path does

Ezra Path (“we”, “us”) is an AI-assisted career platform at ezrapath.com. It helps you discover job postings from public sources, analyze how well they fit your verified career profile, draft application documents, track applications, prepare for interviews, and review your own progress.

2. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Ezra Path.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. We support and recommend two-factor authentication.
• One account per person; accounts are not transferable.

3. Your content and truthfulness

• You own the career information, documents, and recordings you provide. You grant us only the license needed to operate the service for you.
• Ezra Path is built to never invent skills, employers, dates, or accomplishments. Generated documents draw solely on information you have provided and verified. You are responsible for the truthfulness of the information you enter and for reviewing every document before you use it.

4. How applying works

Ezra Path prepares application materials and hands them to you; you submit applications to employers yourself and confirm when you have done so. We never submit applications, send emails, or take outward actions on your behalf without your explicit, per-action approval.

5. AI-generated content

• Parts of the service are produced by AI models (document drafts, match analyses, interview feedback, assistant answers). AI output can be wrong. Review everything before relying on it.
• Nothing in the service is legal, financial, immigration, or medical advice, and no outcome (interviews, offers, employment) is promised or implied.

6. Interview recordings

The recording feature is consent-first: you confirm that all participants have been informed and have consented before a recording can exist. Recording-consent laws vary by place; you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

7. Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, and no misrepresentation to employers.
• No attempts to breach security, access other users’ data, probe or overload the service, or reverse-engineer it.
• No use of the service to harass, discriminate, or process other people’s personal data without their consent.

8. Fees

Ezra Path is currently free while in early access. If paid plans are introduced, pricing and terms will be presented clearly before you are charged anything.

9. Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion is immediate and permanent (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (currently zero during free early access).

11. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Ezra Path after changes take effect means you accept them.
